Gather in Nagahama on Sunday, August 2nd! The "KOHOKU MATSURI 2026" will take place mainly at Hokoen Park in Nagahama.This year's theme is "Sengoku" (The Warring States Period). Why not immerse yourself in the passion of the turbulent era and reflect on the history of samurai battles fought in the Kohoku region over 400 years ago? You can also enjoy hands-on experiences like "Chanbara" (samurai sword fighting) and archery! Numerous events will also be held around Daion-ji Temple and the Kurokabe Square area.
